1. About Us
This website is operated by LD Trade Ltd, trading as Carved Signs.
By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- The information you provide is accurate.
- You are authorised to use the selected payment method.
- You agree to these Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary.
3. Personalised Products
Most of our products are made to order and personalised according to the information you provide.
Please check all names, dates, house numbers and custom text carefully before completing your order.
We cannot accept responsibility for customer spelling or input errors once production has begun.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, production may already have started and cancellation may no longer be possible.
5. Production & Delivery
As every personalised product is individually made, please allow up to 10 working days for production and dispatch.
We offer FREE UK delivery on all orders.
Delivery times provided by couriers are estimates and may occasionally vary.
6. Returns
Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Returns Policy.
Personalised products cannot be returned unless:
- They arrive damaged.
- They are faulty.
- We have made an error with your order.
- The wrong item has been supplied.
7. Product Information
We make every effort to display colours, finishes and product images as accurately as possible.
Because wood is a natural material, every product is unique. Variations in grain, colour and texture are normal and are not considered defects.
8. Pricing
All prices are shown in GBP (£).
We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice.
9. Payments
Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments.
We do not store payment card details.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, photographs, graphics, logos and designs remain the property of LD Trade Ltd unless otherwise stated.
They may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
11. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.
12. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
