How do I place a personalised order?
Simply choose your product, enter your personalised details and complete your purchase. If you have any special requests, feel free to contact us before ordering.
How long does it take to make my order?
All of our personalised products are handcrafted to order in our UK workshop. Production typically takes 5 working days, although during busy periods it may take up to 10 working days.
Do you offer free UK delivery?
Yes. We offer FREE delivery throughout the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland.
Can I request a custom design?
Absolutely. If you have a unique idea or require a custom size or design, we'd be happy to discuss your requirements.
What materials do you use?
We use carefully selected premium-quality wood to create durable personalised products with a beautiful natural finish. Every item is individually inspected before dispatch.
Can I return a personalised item?
As personalised products are made specifically for each customer, they cannot usually be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, faulty, incorrect, or we have made an error with your order.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, production may already have begun and cancellation may no longer be possible.
