How do I place a personalised order?
Simply choose your product, enter your personalised details in the provided fields and complete your purchase. If you have any special requests, feel free to contact us before ordering.
How long does it take to make my order?
All of our personalised products are made to order in our UK workshop. Production times vary depending on the product and demand, but we always aim to complete every order as quickly as possible.
Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes. We deliver throughout the United Kingdom. Delivery options and estimated times are shown during checkout.
Can I request a custom design or size?
Absolutely. Many of our products can be customised beyond the standard options. If you have a specific idea, simply get in touch and we'll be happy to discuss it.
What materials do you use?
We use carefully selected quality wood and premium materials to create durable products with a beautiful natural finish. Every item is individually crafted and inspected before dispatch.
Are your products suitable for outdoor use?
Many of our house signs and outdoor products are designed for exterior use. Please check the individual product description for specific information.
Can I see a proof before production?
For selected products we can provide a design proof before production. If you require one, please contact us before placing your order.
Can I return a personalised item?
As personalised products are made specifically for each customer, they cannot usually be returned unless they arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we'll do our best to resolve it.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and the item. We'll arrange a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
