All of our products are made to order and carefully personalised before dispatch.
Our standard production time is up to 10 working days.
Please note that working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or UK public holidays.
If you require your order urgently, please contact us at sales@carved-signs.co.uk before placing your order. We'll always do our best to help where possible.

We use trusted courier services to deliver your order safely and efficiently.
Royal Mail
For parcels up to 2 kg and 60 cm
Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days
Courier service
For larger parcels
Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

United Kingdom
We offer FREE delivery throughout the United Kingdom
Republic of Ireland
Shipping charges for the Republic of Ireland are calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
International shipping rates vary depending on the destination and parcel size.
Available delivery options and shipping costs will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Customs & Import Charges
For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other fees charged by the destination country.
LD Trade Ltd is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges applied after dispatch.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays, failed deliveries or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at sales@carved-signs.co.uk and we'll be happy to assist you in tracking your order and resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
