Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns on non-personalised products within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition and, where possible, returned in its original packaging.

Please do not return any items without contacting us first.


Personalised Products

As all personalised products are made specifically to your requirements, they cannot be returned or refunded unless:

  • The item arrives damaged.
  • The item is faulty.
  • We have made an error with your personalisation.
  • You receive the wrong product.

Order Cancellations

As production begins shortly after an order is placed, orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

After this period, cancellation may no longer be possible if production has already started.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the issue.

We'll work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.


Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Please ensure that all personalised details, including names, dates, house numbers and custom text, are entered correctly when placing your order. Once production has started, we cannot accept responsibility for customer spelling or input errors.
